Kylie states that her purpose is to change the conversations we have with ourselves and each other so that we are driven by courageous choices, rather than stalled by armoured voices.
After a 20-year digital marketing career, she concluded that high-performing workplaces are a direct result of high-quality interpersonal relationships and a psychologically safe culture. Engagement at work stems from trust, authenticity, vulnerability, having language to deal with hard emotions and frameworks for tough conversations.
Working across 5 startups from solo entrepreneurs to ASX100 companies, Kylie now blends her business acumen and passion for humanising work with leadership development for the creative, curious and hungry. Combining psychology, sociology, communication, business, wellbeing and neuroscience, she helps leaders build confidence and courage to play bigger.
