Anne Morriss is an entrepreneur, leadership coach, and Founder of The Leadership Consortium (TLC). She is also founder and CEO of GenePeeks, a computational genomics company. Anne serves on a number of non-profit boards, including the national board of IGNITE. She is the coauthor with Frances Frei of three bestselling books: Uncommon Service, Unleashed and Move Fast & Fix Things. Anne also co-hosts with Frances “Fixable,” a leadership advice podcast from the TED Audio Collective. She has been recognised by Thinkers50 as among the world’s most influential business thinkers.
A global thought leader on leadership and strategy, Frances Frei Ph.D. is a Professor of Technology and Operations Management at Harvard Business School. She regularly advises organisations embarking on large-scale change initiatives, including embracing diversity and inclusion as a lever for significantly improving performance.
In 2017, Frances was tapped to become Uber's first Senior Vice President of Leadership and Strategy with a mandate to help employees excel during hyper-growth, strategic change, and an evolution in culture. Her firsthand experience in Silicon Valley gave her a new lens on the urgent topic of trust. In 2018, Frances delivered a TED talk viewed by millions on ‘How to build (and rebuild) trust.’
