Reset Your Workplace Culture for 2024

Karl Treacher on Leadership

PANEL DISCUSSION ON THE IMPERATIVE TO FUTURE-PROOF CULTURE

Post-Covid, workplace culture is still trying to find its balance. As well as a seismic shift in the employer-employee relationship, leaders and teams struggle with high workloads, burnout, conflicting views on flexibility, and cost of living pressures.

But more change is to come.

As a follow-up to the WORK-LIFE EVENT OF THE YEAR Adam Grant LIVE, Growth Faculty presents an interactive virtual panel discussion on the challenges for work culture in 2024.

Culture Institute CEO Karl Treacher will lead a panel of experts - Carlo Tarquinio (Group Brand & Innovation Director, Reece Group), Nina Azzopardi (Head of People & Culture, Beyond Blue) and Katrina Blair (CFO, Tennis Australia) for a conversation moderated by CEO of The Executive Connection (TEC) Stephanie Christopher. The discussion will cover three specific challenges Karl predicts will disrupt organisations in 2024 and beyond:

  • Generational divide as the workforce shifts from X to Y, Z
  • AI adoption and integration
  • Early-stage population decline impacting talent pools

This panel discussion will spotlight these and other likely pressure points for organisations that reinforce the need for healthy cultures. Bring your team and discover what’s needed to future proof your culture.

“Culture eats strategy for breakfast…. but without the right culture you’ll never pull strategy off.” – Karl Treacher
