This report is based on the same 72 questions that make up the Multipliers 360 and provide a quick approximation of the ways you may be Multiplying or Diminishing the intelligence of the people around you. This report includes a net score (Multipliers or Diminishing behaviours) across each of the five disciplines. You will review your results and develop an action plan for taking your leadership to the next level.

Deborah Keep is a facilitator, executive coach and the leading Multipliers workshop leader in Australia and Asia Pacific. Deborah knows that leaders have the power to "unlock" or "lock-down" performance and the value organisations derive from their talent. She has a deep passion for helping leaders become one of the ones who unlock their own potential and the potential of those they lead. When she works with leaders, Deborah draws on a combination of deep coaching and facilitation expertise and rich corporate experience. She has coached and trained high potentials to C-level executives in Australia, Japan, China, India, the USA, parts of SE Asia and Europe. Her corporate background includes working with high-performance investment banking organisations and consulting across industries: she has both grown businesses and the people within them. Deborah has numerous coaching qualifications and an MBA and PDM (Management) from the Melbourne Business School.
