  • Flexible Participation: Full participation is recommended but delegates can choose individual sessions based on needs and interests.

Kylee Stone

Kylee Stone is founder and CEO of The Performance Code, guiding executives, entrepreneurs and emerging leaders on leadership transformation, resilience, and wellbeing. 

With 20 years coaching in transformation learning methodologies, Kylee is certified in the Neuroscience of Resilience, HART (High Adversity Resilience Training), and Results Coaching. specialising in leadership, communication, and breakthrough growth.

Her 10 years executive level leadership gives her valuable insights into leading large-scale transformation, communication, strategy, and developing high-performing teams in sales and marketing.  

She has worked with Google, SBS TV, LinkedIn, Engineers Australia, Qantas, CPA Australia, and NSW Transport. 

Kylee is a descendant of the stolen generation of the Wakka Wakka and Kulluli nations and has a deep passion for the power of storytelling to transform reality and accelerate growth in the way we think, listen, live, and lead.
