The Emerging Leaders Program is a comprehensive 7-week program designed to empower and develop emerging and entry-level leaders with the essential foundation skills needed to excel in their careers and thrive as leaders.
The program is scheduled to start on August 30th.
Yes, the program is conducted entirely online through live virtual sessions. This allows participants to join from anywhere in the world and at their convenience. Replays of the content will be available on-demand for 90 days.
The program includes the 7-week live virtual sessions, which cover a range of leadership topics. Additionally, members will have access to 12 months of on-demand content, providing further learning resources. Members also have the exclusive opportunity to attend live in-person events at discounted rates, such as the highly anticipated Atomic Habits: James Clear Live tour.
The program is tailored for emerging leaders, or leaders returning to the workforce who are looking to enhance their leadership skills and advance their careers. Whether you are a manager, team leader, or aspiring to take on a leadership role, this program is designed to support your growth.
Absolutely! As a program member, you will have access to the on-demand content for 90-days. This ensures that you can revisit and reinforce your learning at your own pace.
The program is designed to accommodate busy schedules. The live virtual sessions are typically held once a week, and each session lasts approximately 90 minutes*, typically 11:00 – 12:30pm AEST every Wednesday. No pre-reading or homework will be set, however, we encourage participants to dedicate additional time for personal reflection, application of concepts, and engagement with their community.
*All masterclasses are 90 minutes long, with the exception of session three on Tuesday 12th September – Atomic Habits: James Clear Livestream which is approximately 3 hours, starting at 9:00 AM AEST.
