Sara has 27 years’ experience of coaching and facilitating. Her work has taken her to 52 countries ….and counting. Sara founded Nth Level Consulting Ltd in 2008 in the same week of the Lehman Brother’s collapse – she saw the opportunity to support organisations during changing times. She works alongside a team of diverse colleagues who inspire her every day.
Her audiences range from board level to front line staff. Her specialties include Leadership Development, Change Management, Business Transformation, Performance Management, Diversity and Inclusion. She is responsible for instigating a culture change within organisations.
She works with the British Diplomatic service for HM Foreign and Commonwealth Office and a variety of British Govt Departments including Military and Royal Airforce bases for HM Ministry of Defence.
Her private sector clients include Lloyds Banking Group, Standard Life, EDF Energy, Barclays, McDonalds, ACCA, Alcon, Novartis, Mulberry, and De la Rue.
