Design thinking is a process for creative problem solving, and it’s all about focussing on the people you’re creating your products and services for. Design thinking has resulted in an electric toothbrush with on-the-go USB charging, skateboarders helping to design a sports shoe for skateboarders, and an aged-care food service asking chefs to observe their food preparation – as a few examples.
