At Growth Faculty, we believe in the power of knowledge and the transformative impact it can have on individuals and organisations. That's why we are thrilled to announce our new free live virtual author interviews, aptly named “Author Access” kicking off on 4th October.
This exceptional series will grant you unprecedented access to some of the world's brightest minds, both live virtual and on demand (for members), from the comfort of your own workspace.
Formerly known as ‘Book Club’, past guests include Brené Brown, Patrick Lencioni, Carolyn Dewar, Daniel H. Pink, Stephen M.R Covey, Michael Dell, Indra Nooyi, Dr Victoria Medvec, Liz Wiseman, Kemi Nekvapil, Chris Voss, Michael Bungay Stanier and Amy Edmonson.

Our inaugural Author Access lineup features two exceptional minds from sport and marketing:
1. Dan Carter - Regarded as one of rugby's all-time legends, Dan Carter will share his insights on discipline, resilience, and what it takes to reach the pinnacle of success in both sports and life with his ‘perfect 10’ lessons on leadership from “The Art of Winning.”
2. Seth Godin - Marketing maven Seth Godin will take to the virtual stage to explore the ever-evolving landscape of business, creativity, and the art of making a meaningful impact in today's noisy world as he unpacks his new manifesto for teams “The Song of Significance”.

About Dan Carter
Former All-Black, father of four and Unicef Ambassador Dan Carter is considered the greatest fly half to ever don the All Blacks jersey. During his 20-year career he broke several world records and scored the winning points in the 2015 Rugby World Cup final, earning him his third World Rugby Player of the Year Award and a second consecutive World Cup win for New Zealand. He is the most-capped All Black Flyhalf and the highest point scorer in Super Rugby history.
Since his retirement from rugby, Dan has spent much of his time immersed in charity work. His autobiography, Dan Carter: My Story, published in 2015, became one of New Zealand’s biggest selling biographies of all time and was a major bestseller around the world. In 2019, Daniel William Carter was made an Officer of the New Zealand Order of Merit for his services to rugby. In 2021, Dan was invited to become the first ever Leader in Practice at the Oxford Foundry, the entrepreneurship institute founded at the university by Apple CEO Tim Cook. Dan's goal was simple: to inspire the next generation of leaders.
